Steven Mendoza has recently joined Phoenix on our Help Desk to help ensure our personal and quick response to your IT support needs. In additional to his Help Desk responsibilities Steven will be overseeing our Phoenix Watch monitoring dashboard and support tickets for immediate follow-up, assignment and status update.
Steven’s background includes extensive Windows operating systems and Mac OS trouble-shooting and VoIP phone support. His previous help desk / client support experience adds to our Phoenix Technology support capability.
